Always turn the knob to “SRBox” instead of “USBox”.
Transfering data:
You use gFTP to transfer data from scanner to the local computer (linux), and then transfer from linux to cibsr server.
scanner location (in bookmark): lcmr4 DVMR
cibsr data location (in bookmark): cibsrdatag1
local folder: /data/Image Data/Lock
scanner folder: /export/home/signa/mrraw
cibsr data folder: /Volumes/SPNLData01/ganga2/AmyG_scans
You may use multiple gFTPs to transfer data simultaneously.
You should keep track the P number and the corresponding experiment.
